Educational work in the Students’ Home has been carefully designed, purposefully planned and programmed and systematically organized.
Professional personnel, comprising educators, are a precondition that everything organized in our Home would be in the interest of physical and mental health and development of the students. Pedagogical Council of the Students’ Home consists of educators and the Home Director. The Pedagogical Council works in sessions.

The Home director summons and manages the Council sessions. Pedagogical Council may make valid decisions if the session is attended by more than a half of standing Council members. Decisions are made by consensus unless the Council decides otherwise. Sessions are organized according to the Annual Programme of Work.

Pedagogical Council in its session decides:

• about organization of students registration and structuring of educational groups;
  
• proposes division of students, that is, educators to educational groups;
  
• discusses and adopts plans and programmes of educational activity of the Council and educators, analyzes and evaluates their work;
  
• analyzes educational work results and students work, as well, and decides about measures for their work improvement;
  
• decides about awards and discipline measures within the framework of its authorizations;
  
• organizes professional trainings of educators;
  
• cares about monitoring and introducing innovations in educational work;
  
• cooperates with other institutions, parents and pedagogical services of schools;
  
• deals with research work;
